Refund policy

1. General
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Marbella 4Days Walking pre-order shop.
As our products are sold on a pre-order basis and collected during the event, please read the conditions below carefully before placing your order.
2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 5 working days after placing your order.

In our case, the 5 day withdrawal period begins on the day you paid for your order.
3. Conditions for Returns
NO RETURNS at the event, but you can REFUSE to collect or give back items within 24 hrs up until the 5th of October, before 12.00 hrs.
To GIVE VACK within 24 hrs:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation).
The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.

Items purchased at the event without pre-order.

Products that have been opened or used after collection.
4. How to Cancel, Refuse or Return

Contact us at org@marbella4dayswalking.com within 5 working days after paying your order. We'll refund within 10 business days.
Refuse an order: go to the Merchandise Tent, give your name and we'll make sure your goods will be released into the shop a.s.a.p.
collecting your order to request a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

NO RETURNS at the event. Changing to a different size, only IF stock allowes
