Shipping Policy – Marbella 4Days Walking Pre-order Shop

1. General
This webshop operates exclusively on a pre-order basis. All orders are placed and paid for in advance and can only be collected during the Marbella 4Days Walking event at our official pick-up location.
We do not offer home delivery or shipping services.
2. Ordering

Orders can be placed until [insert deadline] or while stocks last.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (21%) and displayed in euros (€).

Payment must be made using the available payment methods at checkout.
3. Order Collection

Orders can only be collected during the event at the official pick-up location:
Plaza del Mar, Marbella -
Collection times:

Dates: 01-10-2025 till 05-10-2025

Times: 11.00 - 17.00 hrs

Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) when collecting your order.

If you are unable to collect your order in person, you may authorise someone else to collect it on your behalf by providing them with your order confirmation.
4. Uncollected Orders

Orders not collected during the event will not be shipped afterwards and will be forfeited.

No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders, unless the failure to provide the order was due to our error.
